Kimology

Kim Newsome (aka Kimology) is a Kansas City-based creative and the award-winning host of Kimology, a talk show and platform dedicated to uplifting Black creatives. A graduate in mass communication and broadcast journalism, Kim launched Kimology to showcase artists through interviews and live performances—earning a Kansas City People’s Choice Award in 2021. She’s also a playwright and filmmaker, with works like Love is Not a Feeling, It’s a Choice and Good Intentions. Guided by her mantra, “Keep Blooming,” Kim’s mission is to inform, inspire, and empower through storytelling, creativity, and community.
